       It’s an era of globalization both in economy and transposition. There are two land lines to connect Europe and Asian and the third one is under exploration which mentioned people could go to Kathmandu by railway. The new generation of Chinese leaders put forward the OBAOR (One Belt And One Road) which made the infrastructure interconnectivity as the breakthrough. New Silk Road economic belt cover mainly in southwest and northwest regions, many western provinces in the "area" construction plan are mentioned to accelerate to strengthen aviation, railways, highways and other transportation infrastructure construction.
       Over 90% of freightage between t China and India are by sea. Natu La Pass was reopened in 2006 and the only in summer. The poor infrastructure and short opening time limit trade and freight volume. This railway will break the situation of road traffic, also can improve the efficiency of transportation, greatly improve economic structure the border of China, India and Nepal, and promote bilateral trade. It will also benifit environment and reduce carbon emissions, protect the ecological balance, etc.
       After the site visit and relevant geological information consultation, 3 accesses were chosen Shigatse to Kathmandu, respectively is the west (red line), the center line (light red line) and the eastern (green). There is a common line in these three lines which is from Shigatse to Xiamude.  After comprise the buildability,economy and environmental protection, it shows that the west is the best choice in three lines.
    


For prediction indicated that the two countries growth is obvious.
